Incoloy Alloy 800 vs 800H

Incoloy Alloy 800 is an alloy containing a small amount of aluminum and titanium and a high content of chromium and nickel. Its Cr content is 15-25% and Ni content is 30-45%. Incoloy 800H is an iron nickel base alloy with a chromium content of 12%.

The different carbon content of Incoloy800 and Incoloy800H makes them very different. The carbon content of INCOLOY ALLOY 800 is below 0.1, and the carbon content of Incoloy 800H is 0.05-0.1.
